How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Gyanex account directly from the app or by contacting our support team via email.

Open the Gyanex app and log in to your account.

Go to Profile › Settings.

Tap "Delete Account" from the settings menu.

Confirm deletion when prompted to finalize the request.
OR
Send us an email and our team will process your deletion request within 2 business days.
Subject line required:
"Account Deletion Request"
Include your registered email address in the message body.

What Data Gets Deleted?
Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
Profile Information
Name, email, profile picture
Class & Assignment Data
Classes, assignments, activity history
Purchase Records
Subscription & payment history
Firebase Account Data
All associated backend records
⚠ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered, and access to Gyanex will be revoked immediately.

Days to Permanent Deletion
All personal account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 45 days of your confirmed deletion request.
Anonymized
Aggregated Data Only
Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained strictly for legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations — never linked to your identity.
Note: During the 45-day window, you may contact support.gyanex@gmail.com to cancel your deletion request. After this period, recovery is not possible.
